Getting To Beare Park, Elizabeth Bay

Where Is It?

Beare Park is located at the northern end of Ithaca Road in Elizabeth Bay. Take Ward Avenue from William Street. Turn right at the roundabout onto Elizabeth Bay Road and then left onto Ithaca Street.

There is a small amount of dedicated parking at the park. It is timed for one hour during daylight hours.

Things To Do


The Marina has an adjoining cafe and is situated on an idyllic little spot with harbour views.

Heart Of Glass Cafe

Located in the Marina building the cafe supplies coffees, juice and sandwiches in a perfect location.

Beare Park Fountain

Kids Playground

There is a small, ship themed playground in the park with swings and climbing fort. Some nearby ships provide shade.

New Years Eve Fireworks Viewing Spot

Though you won’t have a complete view of the bridge there are partial views from the eastern end and you will be able to spot plenty of fireworks.
