A strip of sandy beach backed by waterfront properties with views of the Harbour. It’s a dog friendly beach where the pooch can splash around but you probably don’t want to swim there after storms due to stormwater runoff.

A small strip of sand at the memorial park where you can hire a kayak or canoe nearby. Right next door to Dumaresq Beach.

Point Piper Marina Sydney

The park and views are lovely and it’s a great place to get hire a kayak and paddle into the harbour. Dogs are also welcome on leash!

Access via a small laneway at the end of Wolseley Road near Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club, Lady Martins features a narrow sand bank, calm waters and great views.

A nice harbour beach near Steyne Park and Double Bay Wharf with some seats on the grassy back behind the sand.

Murray Rose Swimming Pool Double Bay Seven Shillings Beach / Murray Rose (Redleaf) Pool

Address: St Mervyns Ave, Double Bay NSW, 2028
Located near Blackburn Gardens, Seven Shillings Beach faces the harbour and is home to the famous Redleaf Pool (now known as Murray Rose Pool). Offering a nice place to swim with cafe and shady gardens close by.
