Conveniently enough, Hickson Road Reserve is located on Hickson Road, right next to the southern side of the Harbour Bridge. It is about a 20 minute walk from Circular Quay train station or ferry wharf, and there is a small car park nearby.

New Year’s Eve Fireworks

Hickson Road Reserve is not accessible on New Year’s Eve, but nearby Dawes Point Tar Ra Park is accessible.

An impressive spot to see some of the best the Harbour city has to offer. Watch ferries shuttle commuters to and fro, while seagulls swoop around sailing boats until the Opera House lights up by evening.
