Mona Park is located along Chisholm Road and Mona Street in Auburn, North of the Botanical Gardens and Webbs Avenue Playing Fields. Entrance to the parking area is on Mona Street.


The 908 stops on Mona Road right near the park.

Bike Route

There is a shared bike / walking track that runs the length of Duck River North and South of Mona Park.


The best street address is the corner of Mona Street and Chisholm Road, Auburn NSW.


Dedicated parking off Mona Street and on Mary Street. Also street parking along Mona Street and the side streets nearby.

Mona Park Is Home To Cricket Ovals & Practice Nets

Mona Park’s premier cricket oval features seating for up to 1000 people and is bordered by a picket fence. Meanwhile the Dave Tribolet Oval offers more space for cricket and several practice nets near the trail for Duck River.


AFL, Rugby League & Soccer Are Also At Mona Park

With plenty of space around the main oval, it’s not uncommon to see other sports ranging from Australian Rules to Soccer and Rugby League. Webbs Avenue Playing Fields are also nearby, just a short stroll along the Duck River Walking Path.


Plus There’s A Playground, Picnic Areas & Barbecues

Make the most of the family day out at the undercover picnic areas near the soccer and cricket fields. The kids can make use of the awesome playground that’s full of equipment.


Don’t Forget The ‘Learn 2 Cycle’s Bike Track

Close to the playground this asphalt bike track is suited for riders of all ages who want to practice their cycling in a safe environment. When you’re feeling confident, why not hit the track near Duck River and explore more of Auburn’s Green corridor.


Finally, There’s Also An Outdoor Gym

Hit the Duck River track and discover an outdoor gym near the outdoor cricket nets at Dave Tribolet Oval. Great for a few sets on an afternoon jog or bike ride.

Bangor Park

Located on the opposite side of Mona Road, Bangor Park is a small rest area with a decent sized playground. It’s set against the picturesque Duck Pond.


Auburn Botanical Gardens

Head south along Chisholm Road or the Duck River. Continue past Webbs Avenue Playing Fields and discover the spectacular beauty of Auburn Botanical Gardens, as well as the art gallery and Auburn Aviary.
