Don’t Feed The Birds

There are a number of birds that call Mutch Park home. While you can hear them chirping and singing throughout the day, it’s best not to feed them, as feeding birds can affect the local population and its health.

The children’s playground is located near the picnic and barbecue area in the north section of the park.. It includes seesaws, swings and slides and there is decent shade provided by the native trees.

Picnic Area & Barbecues

The picnic area consists of several covered tables and benches near the playground and a twin set of barbecues. Trees also provide plenty of shade and you can usually hear birds chirping throughout the day. There is also a large pagoda nearby with chairs (but no tables).

Walking / Jogging Paths

A decent jogging path weaves through Mutch Park, taking in most of the reserve. Keen athletes will also find a good challenge in scaling the large hills at the south side of the park.
