Well landscaped with enough shade and amenities to suit any family day out, Robson Park is a pleasant park not far from the Bay Walk.

Getting to Robson Park

Where Is Robson Park?

Bordered at the north end by Dobroyd Parade and the Iron Cove, Robson Park is a only a few minutes west of the city.


Mortley Avenue and Boomerang Street border the park and have off street parking. Otherwise the back streets nearby.

Gardens and Landscape

Robson Park sports several landscaped gardens and a variety of fauna, from springtime flower patches to large, shady palms.


The Playground is located in a shaded area and sports its own sun shade. Includes climbing fort, swings and slide.

Barbecues and Picnic Areas

The Barbecues and some undercover seating is near the playground. There’s also plenty of undercover tables around the park that are good for small picnics.

    There are BBQs near the playground in a nice shaded area with some covered seating nearby. If you’re looking for something a bit more upmarket, Five Dock is nearby with plenty of cafes.

  • Rubbish Bins

    Rubbish bins are positioned regularly around the park, mostly near pathways

  • Toilets

    Toilets are in the brick building close to the playground and BBQ area

  • Can I take my dog?

    Dogs are allowed on leash only

  • Can I lock my bike up

    There’s no specific place to lock up a bike but you might be able to chain it to the fence.
